Malvin Nnamdi Kukaye is the CEO of Dave Agro Services. He hails from Ndokwa East LGA and hasM.Sc. in Environmental Management. He enrolled intoYAGEP in the 2015/2016 cycle, and was supported to start business in Fish Production. Seven years later, Malvin is still in business. He shares his testimony.
“With the support of 2,000 fingerlings, 2 earthen fish ponds and 145 bags of fish feed, I have expanded tofive ponds. I have diversified into fish hatchery, poultry and pig farming.
“I have established myself and my family such that I can classify myself as being in the middle class. I have also bought a car and a piece of land from the proceeds of my business. YAGEP lifted me out of poverty.
Since I started my business, I have trained five personsand I have two persons in training. I have threeemployees. YAGEP has enhanced my knowledge and skill in fish production, and also in human capital development in terms of training others.”
