“May be not completely eradicating the problem, but reducing that pressure on the citizens. So, we were thinking in the same line with Mr. President”
Sir Fubara noted that he is elated that the authority is not requesting for land to only build, but involving contractors from the state and also building in line with the income of the off-takers.
He assured the authority of the support of the State in identifying lands and fine-tuning all modalities for its take off, stressing that the state will also own the project to see it succeed so that it will be part of the legacies of President Bola Tinubu.
On his part, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Housing Authority, Rt. Hon. Oyetunde Ojo commended the commitment and vibrant nature of Governor Siminalayi Fubara and said they were in the state to seek collaboration with the government in embarking on a housing project for low income earners.
